1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing intiwatersolutions.com, submitting a form, or engaging Intiwater for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

Intiwater provides residential and commercial water filtration, softening, and reverse-osmosis installation and service throughout Southwest Florida, including Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Lehigh Acres, and surrounding communities.

All installations are scheduled subject to availability. Same-day installation depends on system availability, ZIP code, and time of inquiry.

3. Free Water Test

The free 5-test water analysis is offered at no charge and carries no obligation to purchase. Testing is performed at the customer's home by a licensed technician.

4. Warranty

Intiwater offers a 15-year warranty on well-water purification and whole-house city water filtration systems, and a 5-year warranty on reverse-osmosis drinking systems (under-sink and whole-house RO), subject to the terms in your purchase agreement. The warranty covers labor for repairs and service calls; certain consumable components (filters, cartridges, salt, resin) are excluded.

5. Pricing and Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary based on water chemistry, home layout, and selected configuration. Financing through approved third-party lenders is available subject to credit approval.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS messages on any Intiwater form, you agree to receive text messages from us, including appointment reminders, scheduling, service updates, and promotional content where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intiwater is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, photos, logos, and design, is owned by Intiwater or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the 'Last updated' date below. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
