How fast can you actually install?

If you call early enough in the day, we install same-day. If not, within 48 hours. We don't 'schedule you out three weeks' — that's not how we run.

What does the warranty actually cover?

All labor, all parts, all media changes, all filter changes — for 15 years on well-water and whole-house city water systems, 5 years on whole-house RO and under-sink drinking systems. If a part fails or media needs swapping, we cover it. Not 'two years and good luck.'

Do I have to put money down?

No. With approved credit, there's no down payment and no install fee. You pay for the system, not for us showing up.

What if a leak happens that isn't from your system?

We still come out — within 48 hours. If a customer thinks it might be us but isn't sure, we'd rather check than have them sit in water all weekend.

How is your media different?

We use red garnet for sediment, KDF-55 for heavy metals, activated carbon for chlorine, and kation resin for softening. That's a higher grade than the industry standard, and we tune it to your test results.

Will my water taste different?

How do I know what system I need?

We come out and run a free 5-test water analysis. The results tell us — and you — exactly which media and stages your home needs. We only quote what your water actually requires.

Are you certified or licensed?

Yes — we're a member of the Water Quality Association (WQA), and our installers are trained on every system type we offer.

Can you work on systems other companies installed?

We can assess them and tell you honestly whether they're worth saving. If yes, we'll service them — but our warranty only covers systems we install ourselves.

Do you handle commercial buildings?

Yes. Restaurants, salons, hotels, offices, medical, and multi-unit. Same engineering — bigger tanks.

What about salt delivery?

We don't deliver salt directly, but we'll monitor your levels at every service visit and tell you exactly when to refill — so you never run out.

How long does an install take?

Most whole-house systems install in 4–6 hours. Under-sink RO is usually under 2 hours. We don't leave until everything's tested and you've tasted the difference.
