The Fine Print

Privacy Policy. What we collect and why.

A plain-language overview of how Intiwater handles your information — including SMS messaging consent, opt-out instructions, and your rights.

A2P 10DLC compliant · Last updated May 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide — name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and details about your water concerns — when you submit a form, request a free water test, or call us.

We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) automatically through standard web analytics to improve our website.

2. SMS Messaging Consent (A2P 10DLC)

When you submit a form on this website and check the SMS consent box, you opt in to receive text messages from Intiwater at the mobile number provided. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling, service updates, and follow-up communications.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.

Mobile numbers and opt-in consent data will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not transferable.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. How to Opt Out of SMS

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

You may also opt out by emailing calvin@intiwater.com or calling (239) 571-7275. Reply HELP at any time to receive assistance.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information you provide to: respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform water tests or installations, send appointment-related communications, follow up after service, and (where you have opted in) send occasional service updates or promotions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Information Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., scheduling software, payment processors, SMS delivery providers) under contracts requiring them to protect your data.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting calvin@intiwater.com. Florida residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
